missing & will not excelerate

first off, at idle engine misses with no codes. Try to excelerate and engine spits and sputters, pops through the exhaust, but not all the time, after about a min. of this the engine responds and excelerates above 3000 engine seems to run fine (everything smoothes out) drop below 2800 and engines starts to spit and sputter again throughing 1 code P0131 then dropping back to almost an idle and sometimes dies.

spec's 95 blazer 4.3L vortec vin "w"

replaced:
fuel pump and filter, pressure test holds 56lb idle and 62-64 off idle
cap, rotor, wires, plugs
ignition modgule, coil

code p0131 refers to o2 sensor circuit low volts (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
dont know if this could be causing the problems or is just a result of something else

what i dont understand is why am i not getting a code for the missfire, at least thats what i think the poping noise is comming from the exhaust.

I been working on it for 2 days now and i need it to run for work.

Well i figured out one thing, that while i was checking the cap and rotor while waiting on coil that i inadvertainly crossed 1 & 3 wires on cap. which smoothed everything out on idle and now letting it run in hopes that since the battery was unpluged that the ecm will relearn.

so im starting to think that the coil was the problem. Just had to take a brk and start over and recheck everything.

engine still hesitates between 1500-2500 rpm range, and mil light came back on again with a dtc p0131 o2 sensor low volts (lean)

does anyone know if the ecm has to relearn, i dont want to buy a o2 sensor unless i have to.

I erased the code to see if it would come back up again and so far nothing. which dont make sense, seeing as how the engine still stumbles and has started backfiring through the intake while feathering the gas to get beyound the 1500-2500 rpm range.

I quess i came to the wrong place, Thanks for the no help!!!
