Lowering the rear

Before I get flamed, I did a search but did not find what I need to know.

My Jimmy already has blocks in it but the rear still sits considerably higher than the front. I am thinking of maybe pulling a leaf out as I did read that some have done that although no mention was made as to what leaf. Is it the thick bottom leaf of the spring pack? I'm assuming that is the helper spring? And if so, how much drop is gained by removing it? I would think the drop would be more than just the leaf thickness due to the support it gives the others in the pack.

Re: Lowering the rear

Remove the middle spring, it should be like ZQ8 spring then. Somebody correct if this is wrong. Mine sets the same way. I have 2 in. drop spl. and ZQ8 springs in the fr. and 3 in. blocks in the rear.
