loose driver's side door handle

How do i tighten it up??

do i have to pull the whole doorpanel off?

there are two 10mm nuts that hold the door handle on. you can get to one of them w/o taking off the panel. that nut is located behind the black plastic cap on the outer edge of the door. the other one is behind the panel.
