Locked in 2wd 96 blazer

Alrite heres the prob at school gotta 96 s-10 blazer with push button 4wd . It is stuck in 4wd. The switch is lit up that it's in 2wd but is infact in 4wd. I tested the switch for continuity and it tested out good. Now i was looking on shop key and theres too transfercases it says, a vaccum actuated and a electric motor actuated one. Didn't get a chance to put it ont he hoist to look at it yet but anyone have a similar problem where it wouldn't come out of 4wd? I'm pretty farmiliar with the 4wd system just wondering if anyoen else had a problem to check out.

Your actuator is stuck.Not sure what to do for it.
