jimmy envoy turns over but won't start
i was driving my truck, 2000 jimmy envoy, around last night everything was cool. never had a problem with it. i come outside this morning and it turnos over but won't start. maybe its something with the fuel or ignition. any suggestions will help

need more info on this one, when u turn key to run can u hear fuel pump? does it start at all or did it at all? anything u can provide helps

thats the same problem with my 97 4door Blazer- i go out to start it today and it turns over but won't start, and a couple days after i got the car i could hear the fuel pump. i guess the 1 day i didnt drive it it just decided to completly stop working

My '96 Jimmy has done this to me 3 times in the last 4 years. First time it was the fuel filter. (it was starting harder and harder and had some hesitation on acceleration then wouldn't start one morning) Not an easy job, but replaced the fuel filter and end of problem. Second time it died going down the road. Shop couldn't find anything wrong then just for the fun of it, replaced the ECM 20 amp fuse WHICH WAS NOT BLOWN and it started right up. Third time it was the fuel filter again. Same simptoms.

check ecm fuses under the hood, my ecm1 fuse blew and killed the truck
i think the injector wires came loose, has been fine since |

I'm sure this has been resolved by now. But I had 2 99' Envoys that had fuel pumps fail. And I know of 2 others that had the same problem. Envoys (not sure about blazers) are notorious for fuel pumps going. Just wanted to add that info.
