Is the wheel gonna fall off?

Ok. its a 4wd. if its cold out, not many problems. once i start driving in heat or using the brakes it grinds, and rattles from up around the front passenger tire. at first i thought the pad was wore through got into the rotor! but ive got plenty of pad left. have u ever cut metal bands off a skid of pipe or anything like that? u know the noise that stuff makes when it hits the ground and bounces? sometimes it sounds like that up there! also vibrates a little under the floorboards. totally randomly though unless heat is involved. if i put it in or out of 4wd it makes no difference.

It could be a wheel bearing the 4wd's are known for the pass side bearing failing...
