is it the brakes or something else?
o.k. just recently i start hearing an almost metal on metal rubbing sound coming from the front passanger side. like a krrrrr sound. I have only has the blazer about two months i am thinking perhaps the brake pads are worn but wouldn't they squeal? could it be a wheel bearing or something?

sounds like no pad at all and your getting metal on metal. I had a pad crack apart on me a couple years ago with damn near half the pad still on it.
