How to remove 2 door rear windows?

Basically, a while back I had my rear windows popped and someone undid the latch and pushed the window wayyy open so they could reach in and unlock my door and go through the shit in my console... This has made my window not seal properly on the side towards the door and I'd like to fix it. It seems to be riveted in where the hinges are and I wouldn't be totally opposed to drilling the rivets out, bending the hinges, and using a sheet screw or something to hold it back in place, but I figure there's got to be a more professional way of doing it. Anyone know?

Cliffs: Someone opened the rear window 90* and bent the hinges and the side of the window towards the door doesn't seal well and I'd like to fix it but can't totally figure out how.

the windows only come out after drilling the rivits. there is the 4 in the door jam that you can see and 2 back on the latch part on the truck. you will have to remove the side panels to get those.

Ok, so they are rivets that will need to be drilled out. Now I'm wondering how big they make self-tapping screws, lol.

I don't want to replace them with screws for any other reason that I'll have to drill them out and screws might be the easiest thing to bolt the "hinges" back to the vehicle with.

wouldnt it be easier to replace it with 3/16 pop rivets like the factory? its only 4 on each side
