how to bag a 4wd blazer.....????

I have a 1996 4wd, 4 door s10 blazer and I;ve been playing hell trying to go about getting it bagged. Does any one know about the stock torsion bar front end suspension, or how to bag/lower the front end of a 4wd drive blaze. I went to a shop and was told the torsion bar set up in the front could be tweeked and i would get an inch and a half lower maximum with out binding up the suspension and they said they wouldnt know how to go about bagging it. Is there some kind of kit i could get for the front or some secret that i dont know about to bag the front end of a 96 4wd blazer.

There's a guy on Blazin low, he's on here too but not as much. He's got a black 4dr that used to be a 4wd. He bagged his 4wd the right way.

There's been people to bag 4wd's, but the majority of the ones I've seen don't lay out, it's hard on the cv's, more camber, wheel sticks out farther than a 2wd's, etc... It'll be a lot better to do it like that guy did, get a 2wd frame, or sell it for a 2wd.

If you do bag it don't skimp out and just lay hump out back, that's just gay.

it would take a lot of fab work the bag the front off of the control arms and keep enough room for the cv's to run. you could play with the camber by building said custom control arms but there is not much room to play with. as said before, the t-bars could be tweaked to a certain point before the stock setup would bind. but i think i remember seeing video's or pictures of a bag setup that worked with the t-bars, with the bags in the middle of the truck pushing on the t-bar keys.

Yep that's how it's done, from what I remembered they sat at an angle and the more air you put in the bag the more it turned the bars.

I think you can do 3/4 on static. 4wd's look like crap lowered/bagged though imo.
