How Big are Our Fuel Tanks?

i was wondering.....i put 7 gallons today and it shot up nearly 3 quarters. anybody know? its a 4dr 99 4.3

it also depends on what tank you have...plastic or metal...look at your codes...and run them here

mine says 19 but when it gets low and I get gas I only can fill up 14.5. I guess my light comes on early but I'm not chancing it

thats exactly what mine does too. The most i think ive ever put in was right around 15.

I'm guessing mine's 17. Lowest I've ever been on fuel happened monday. Running literally on fumes; could only get 17.8 gallons or somethin; that was passed topped off too.
