Horn doesnt work

Ever since I picked this truck up the horn hasnt worked. Honestly, I dont even know if the damn thing has a horn in it haha. I bought it from a guy who rebuilt the front end, so maybe they just decided to take it off ha-ha. Where is the horn anyway?

Anywho, the fuses are OK, what other things do I need to look for?

Re: Horn doesnt work

Yep, snail shape. If no stock horn, take the stock wires and hook a a dixie horn.

Re: Horn doesnt work

Eh.....uh....... all of a sudden the damn horn works again. I have to hit it on the upper left corner really hard....but it works.

All I did is touch a couple wires around the horn and I guess that is all it took.

Re: Horn doesnt work

Try checking the ground wire for it. Maybe its not making a good ground. I dont know where its grounded on 2nd gens though. On first gens its on the rad support.

Re: Horn doesnt work

Yeah check the ground.... your horn grounds to the body, the signal goes through the wire that plugs into it.
