Is There Any Kind Of Puddy That Will Patch Up A Small Hole In The Muffler?

I doubt it. Just cut it off and do a turndown before the axle

they make exhaust putty and muffler tape, they kinda work for a little while.

I would never use that shit on any of my cars or trucks, ever. Used some on a friends car though, worked for a bit.

Just get a new muffler, they are cheap.
