Herkin and Jerkin between 40 and 50 mph
Hi all,
I have a 95' Blazer LS. About 4 months ago, I had the whole thing tuned up by a transmission place, not a chevy dealership. Now everytime I get to 40 mph and up to 50 mph, my blazer "lurches" or jerks. Am I mis-firing? Bad wires? Soot build up? I'm not a do it yourself engine guy so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

Do you mean that the rpms shoot up with no acceleration (like it's jumping in and out of OD) or that it has a definite miss. If it's the former, then think about getting the transmission flushed. Cured my issues between 45-55mph
