HELP with rear window hinges

I have a 99 4-door with the stupid wing on the rear glass. I want to remove the wing but the hinges have stands on them. I called the local Chevy dealer and he told me I have to replace the whole rear window glass for 1150.00 to get hinges without the stands. Does anyone know a) if the window hinges are replaceableb) are the hinges available anywhere separately?Thanks!
