heater dont work

I got a 99 jimmy. A while ago the first 3 speeds for the blower motor stopped working. Figured it was the resistor and i didnt feel like replacing it. Now the blower dont work at all. The resistor dont control the number 4 speed does it? Any ideas what it could be? heater control panel? blower moter?
