Heater Core Hose

Hey I was reading thru and I need to try to back flush my heater core. I get the clips down, but I cant seem to get the hoses off the heater core, they are stuck on there. Is there anything I can do to get them off so I can get some heat?

Thanks all.

Re: Heater Core Hose

This happened to me last year

I found it much easier to remove from the engine side, and butting the hose up to the hoses. Reverse flush a few times.

Re: Heater Core Hose

we just flushed mine. Nothing some pulling and turning wouldnt take off. Maybe pry outward with a flat screw driver?
