fuel gauge droped/now car wont start fast help

my brother has a 99 blazer and there is a blue wireing harness under the bumper that controls the gas gauge or electronics and it is not in the correct order his gas gauge did not work and now it does but the truck will not start does anyone have a diagram of this harness? i need help fast

gas gauge issues (common) are caused by the sending unit/fuel pump, it's located in the gas tank. Try changing the fuel filter first and then see...
mine just wouldn't turn on one day, had it towed to the dealership, they said it was the fuel pump/sending unit and the fuel filter... now i think it was just a clogged fuel filter... oh well $1300 later

my gas gauge worked and the envoy started
