Fuel Filter Question

Are there after market fuel filters that give you better gas mileage. Do any other parts that can save you gas mileage. I know a cold air intake can save you a few miles per gallon but I dont think that would be worth the money.

j/k did see one in a ford truck the other day and asked the owner about it and he said he felt tons more power. i just laughed in my head about that
