Exclamation finishing my 96 4-door blazer

send pics or comments or suggestions on what i should do to the rear .... the truck has 20's on it now how much would i have to cut to lay frame ..... keep in mind it is a 96 and it has the stupid frame in the rear with the step down... how do i get rid of the step in the frame...
