engine lock up on a 94 Jimmy 4.3 CPI cyl's (flooded with gas and oil pan full of gas)

Hello i was searching the forum and havent found any information on my problem so i was hoping if some one can shed some light on my situation.

i have a 94 jimmy with the vortec 4.3 and it's got about 165k miles on it an has always ran smooth other than replacing a battery and normal tune ups, but about 2 days ago i stoped at a light and it started to idle extremely rough and a big ass white cloud of smoke started to pour out of the tail pipe, Instantly thought i blew my head gasket. pushed it off the road checked the oil and it smelled like gas REALLY bad. checked my water it had no oil in it. so i towed it back to my house an pulled the plugs out just checking to see if i had spark. an then all of the sudden gas started to pour out of the cyl, ok so i pulled out each plug an each one on the passenger side was puring gas, so i pulled out all the plugs an marked all the wires so i wouldnt getthe firng orer mixed up causing more confusion, spun the engine over a couple of times to push the gas out of the cyls an finally it spun freely instead of spinning over once an locking up, then i draind the oil and it was full of gas, it was almost like a chick peeing when i pulled out the plug. So now iv changed the oil cleand the plugs etc etc put it all back togeather just to see if the CPI went apeshit all of the sudden an maybe it might be a fluke?... guess what it did it again, i spun it over about 2 times an she ran for a few sec an stalled, i got out pulled a plug an it started pouring gas outta the #1 cyl again, at this point im so pissed off i cant think straight so i was hoping maybe some one has some ideas on what could cause this, Maybe the CPI is stuck open ? i dont know how to change it and i havent tried to take the manifold off to check the spider lines.
