ecm-b fuse keeps blowing

ecm-b fuse keeps blowing

97 jimmy just replaced motor tranny transfer case about 3 months ago and it ran great but the other day it blew an ecm batery fuse and everytime i replace it as soon as i turn the key on it blows. ive checked the wires behind the dist. but i didnt see anything there and ive replaced the ignition wire to the coil but it still blows hope its not the fuel pump just put it in not to long ago

More likely the ignition switch. Common problem on our trucks.

Check the connector and harness at the fuel pump module for any damage or melting. Also, check and make sure the harness didn't get pinched under the transmission crossmember.
