Dash...Headlight switch question??

Whats up guys...took my front dash piece out today and when I unhooked the headlight switch there was another plug that went to nothing. I'm thinking it's the switch for factory fogs but not sure. If any of you know what it's for or if it is really for the fogs, where is the connecting end for them in the front? I have a 2000 Blazer LS that might help. Thanks

What is showing on the front of the dash where the 'plug' is on the back?
