Dash cluster change - upgrade to tach.

I have a 97 Blazer with the standard dash - no factory tach.

I have a friend who is parting out his 97 and his dash has the factory tach.

Will his cluster (tach) work in my vehicle by simply doing a swap? Are they all wired the same?

Thanks -

as long as it had the same engine and was an auto or manual (depending on your blazer) than yes it will fit and work with no problems

Thanks - and yes, they are both auto trans. and 4.3 engines.

I wonder how hard it is to switch odometers so I can keep the correct milage...
