Correct me if im wrong???
I have a 98 Envoy. If I have the bumper end caps from a step-shaver kit, I can just use a regular fleetside truck roll pan (a/m or OEM) correct?

i dont think that will work....the truck end caps are about 3 inches longer then yours...looks for roll pans for blazers...

I dont know if it makes a difference or not, but, I shoulda stated that I got the end caps from a blazer step shaver kit...
