How do i get clear corners on my blazer? Does that orange piece pull out or do i get clear corners for the recessed s-10 and put them into my headlights? Can anyone shine some light? Thanks

Re: Composite clear corners
There was a thread on here a few weeks I think about this. Some used a heat gun and some put them in the oven in order to pull them apart.

Re: Composite clear corners
Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
Remove chrome trim ring from around light. Remove metal retainer clips from around assembly Put headlamp in oven for 5 minutes (no more!) Using oven mits, seperate the housing and then pull the orange reflector Put both halves of headlight back in oven for 4 minutes... Pull out and press together and let cool. Reseal with clear silicone Reattach metal clips and trim ring Reinstall in car. |
