Composite clear corners

How do i get clear corners on my blazer? Does that orange piece pull out or do i get clear corners for the recessed s-10 and put them into my headlights? Can anyone shine some light? Thanks

you ahve to take the lights apart and pull the orange..or get the clear headlights on ebay

There was a thread on here a few weeks I think about this. Some used a heat gun and some put them in the oven in order to pull them apart.

jsut dont leave your headliight in there to long or you will end with a melted shell of a headlight. i just got envoy headlight and i am using my heat gun to take them apart i just them on ebay. i payed 112 for both of them.

Heat your oven to 350 degrees.

Remove chrome trim ring from around light.
Remove metal retainer clips from around assembly
Put headlamp in oven for 5 minutes (no more!)

Using oven mits, seperate the housing and then pull the orange reflector

Put both halves of headlight back in oven for 4 minutes...

Pull out and press together and let cool.

Reseal with clear silicone

Reattach metal clips and trim ring

Reinstall in car.

wow resurrected....lol anyways i guess ill put up pics of clear composites if anyone searches for info on this.



also there is a site that sells some with the whole thing cleared ill try and find it.
