Clock Set

Can anyone tell me how to reset the clock in a 98 Jimmy, The time is off on mine and i dont have the guide, nor can i figure it out. It has an hour andminute button, but they dont do anything. I tried pressing it with other buttons but couldnt get it. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Copied and pasted from the manual

Press and hold HR until the correct hour appears on the
display. Press and hold MN until the correct minute
appears on the display. To display the clock with the
ignition off, press RECALL or HR/MN and the time
will be displayed for a few seconds. There is an initial
two-second delay before the clock goes into the
time-set mode.
