climate control mess HELP

I have a 98 Bravada with the computer controlled climate control system. After cleaning the battery and reinstalling it, the system only blows HEAT. The blower switch still works, but selecting where it blows and the temperature doesn't seem to work. ALL fuses are good and the a/c compressor does kick on, and all the buttons work, just not the knobs (other than the blower/fan speed knob). So...my question is, do you think the switch is the problem, or is there a separate computer or something that might (also) be messed up?

If it's the controls, I gots one I'll sell ya out of an '00 Bravada.
