Changing "LS" style bumper?
I've been looking to try to find a smooth paintable front bumper, but I have an '01 LS model..you know chrome with the black stripe going across..well, all the other ones say it won't fit. Why is this? I really want to change it out.

Re: Changing "LS" style bumper?
yeah in fact most don't, my truck is an LS, all stepsides are, but mine had a black painted bumper, more often than not, the chrome bumper with the holes are on blazers, part of a special trim package that could be added on to LS vehicals

Re: Changing "LS" style bumper?
I like my black painted one that came on my LS just fine. I just wish I had the cash to fix all those damn paint chips.
