Carrier for 1999 Blazer w/luggage rack

I didn't know exactly where to post this, so I hope this is the correct forum.

I was wondering if anybody knew where I could get a carrier that would attach to the luggage rack. I want to carry a jonboat on top of my Blazer. I would appreciate any opinions or ideas you guys might have.

I have 1999 Blazer 4X4, 4 door.
