can I tow this Blazer
I need to tow my 96 s10 blazer and am not sure if i can. It has push button 4wd but has no button for "n". I heard there is a sequence of buttons to push to get the transfer case into "n" but do not have the owners manual to tell me how.

Re: can I tow this Blazer
there are two different "push button" transfer cases. One has the standard "2Hi, 4Hi, 4Lo" -- this cannot be put into neutral, and should not be flat-towed without proper modification.
The other has an "Auto 4wd, 2Hi, 4Hi, 4Lo" and that can be placed into neutral and safely flat-towed. However, it sounds like you don't have this one. |
