Brakes upgrade.
I have 95 GMC Jimmy 4x4 and I want to upgrade my front brake to 98+. I have a few questions about it. I will need a 98+ spindle, bc caliper mounter points are different. Will 98+ spindels fit 95? Another question. I have abs and 98+ abs on a hub is different. Can I get it to work with mine exsiting abs unit or I have to swap them out? Will it be ok leave it without abs? And last question. Do I need to change my fron half shafts? If I do will they work with my 95 front diff?
Anything else I need to know? Thank you. |

Re: Brakes upgrade.
they say it is a direct swap to the 98+ spindles assy. my question is how the abs works.
i am thinking about doing this to my 94 just to have the bigger brakes. |

Re: Brakes upgrade.
i think the abs module might be the same piece too, just flipped upside down. from what i could tell on my friend's 95 it looked that way.
