BMW Wheels on 2000 Blazer

This post should probably belong in the Wheels forum but since this is aimed at Blazers thought you guys might know. I saw a pic of a blazer extreme with wheels from a 745 in the rear and m3 wheels in the front. Are the wheels patterns the same and since I am running 4x4 will I have an issue with the offset.

Thanks guys!
