Billet Gas Door lids, how do u put them on?

Do u have to screw them in? my buddy has a 2001 2 dr blazer and wants to get one but he dont want to drill any holes in his truck due to rust reasons. so who has them and what do u have to do to put them on his blazer?

Hahahahaha that shit makes me laugh cause when i put mine on it was like 4 in the morning and I WAS WASTED. But no they just bolt on, no drilling. Good luck, cause i needed it.
