Air vent problems... again

Ok last fall my vents weren't switching between one another, come to find out I needed new vacuum hoses and that fixed it. About 2 weeks ago after I turn the air off and I have it coming out at my face it still blows like it's on 1, if I have it at my feet it still feels like it's at 1 but here's the funny thing it seems that if I'm going up a hill it goes from my feet to my face, atleast that's the only time I notice it. Anyone have a clue what would cause this?

The HVAC system is losing vacuum under load causing it to switch on you??

As soon as it's decent outside I'm going to take a look.

Ok I'll check that. I plug the gray line in the winter to fix the floor heat problem so it could possibly be that.

I thought the hissing was from where someone secretly installed a supercharger on my Blazer... Naw no hissing.
