air conditioning blows out the upper defrost vents

I have a 1995 Blazer. The A/C blows cold but it does not blow out of the front dash vents anymore. Instead it blows on the windshield from the defrost vents.

What's wrong and how can I fix it?

Thanks!

sounds like you have a vent door problem....check your connections behind your control panel to start off

Check your vaccum lines under the hood.
