ABS & Parking brake light on

Hello all,
My current dilema is that in the last week there have been a couple of times that when i turn on my vehicle both the ABS light and the parking brake light remain on. it does not seem to affect my driving, but if i turn the car off and on again the problem goes away, any suggestions.

Have you gotten new tires? I had the same problem when i had my dime and i had to short of tires up from than in the back....and that happened

no, same tires that i have had for almost a year and a half now, i just hope it is not one of those stupid abs sensors and something simple. thanks for your reply

what year is it?

my abs sensor just ripped out on my 00 blazer and the light came on

pop the tire off and look at th wire going into the hub area....make sure its not ripped or cut up

if it is i just priced them at around $80 at the dealer....$10 at a junkyard

it is a 99, glanced over at the cables, and they are "ok" to the visual inspection, and like i said b4 this is an intermittent problem, thank 4 ur reply
