99 blazer won't run

Have a 99 blazer with 4.3L Automatic. Starts right up then dies. If I dribble gasdown the throttle body it continues to run. The injectors are not firing. No security light blinking. Good fuel pressure (61Lbs). Just for grins I disconnected the passlock sensor and used a screwdriver to turn ignition switch. Same story, starts then dies no security light flashing. Anyone have any ideas. Scanned it with a odbII scanner and there are no DTCs stored. Since this scanner is more for emmission don't know if it would show codes from the BCM. Appreciate any ideas.

Re: 99 blazer won't run

My 1998 blazer did the same thing I don't know how much pressure the line had but it would start and die, I poured gas into the motor and it would run, It turned out to be a fuel pump for me which sucked cause it was about $300. Could try hitting the gas tank with a bar or hammer then try, it might start up and run, if so it's the fuel pump and I wouldn't go to far with it untill it's fixed.
