Re: 98 s10 rear bumper on blazer
Not To Steal Your Tread Or Anything.
But I Was Thinking About Using A '98 Blazer Rear Bumper Center Section In Place Of The One On My '94 Sonoma. Any Thoughts? I Looked In The Lmc Catalog For Reference, But They Only List The Rear Bumpers For The S10 / Sonoma Not The Blazer / Jimmy / Bravada (actually They Don't List Anything For The Bravada, Envoy Or The Hombre, But That's Another Issue). I Do Know That The '94-'97 P/u's Have 1 Bumper Bracket, While The '98-'04 P/u's Have A Different Bracket. Still Trying To Find Out About The Suv Versions. |

Re: 98 s10 rear bumper on blazer
I Just Checked With Certifit & They Only Had Rear Bumper Brackets For The '98-'04. They Give The Same Part # For The P/u & Suv.
So I Don't See Why You Couldn't Swap Out The Bumpers From The Same Year Range. Hope This Helps You. Now To Figure Out My Query. |

Re: 98 s10 rear bumper on blazer
It's been done before. There's a marron blazer on here that did it with a chrome bumper. I'll try to find the pic. I thought about doing it too when I had my 2nd gen blazer.

Re: 98 s10 rear bumper on blazer
that bumper looks SOOOO outta place on that blazer... no way I would even attempt to do that...even if it did get that nice set of tits to stand next to my truck...its not worth having a gay ass truck for

Re: 98 s10 rear bumper on blazer
I dont care for the bumper, but to each his own. I think a blazer looks best with stepshavers and rollpan. The chrome bumper just looks out of place.

Yup thats the one I was thinking about. I think it would look 100% better without the xtreme kit imo.

Hmmmmm, not as good looking as I thought, like OXSIGN said, maybe if it wasn't an Xtreme.
