98 blazer tranny probs

My sister has a 98 s-10 blazer 4.3 4x4 and when you put it in gear it doesnt move it's almost like it's in neutral this is a tranny i got from a junk yard about 6 months ago any ideas?

Well, when our 99 Monte Carlo did that the trans was toast and had to be rebuilt.
