97 Blazer Question

I bought a 97 2dr 4x4 a couple months ago, and I have an automatic stick shift on the floor. I haven't noticed many of these in any pics. Are there other years when Chevy put the shifter in the center console area?

Re: 97 Blazer Question

Okay, that answers my question. I guess I just assumed they were column shifters on all of the other model years...

They started in 96 with the bravada, they were options for all the others. For instance, I pulled my center shift from a 99 jimmy, I've pulled it for others from 96 and and 97 blazers as well..
