96 blazer problems and i need answers

ok i hooked my blazer up to a computer b/c the check engine light was on and it gave me a few read outs and i need some more info about the read outs they said

cam position sensor?

cataylitic efficiency below threshold? sorry bad spelling

Evap. control malfunction?

any help would b great the blazer runs good i justs wanna keep it in good shape b.c im takin it on a trip soon and don't want any problems

the cam postion sensor which if im correct is at the bottom of the motor in the fron is bad... the cat probably needs to be changes and i dont no about evap

i dont no exactly im pretty sure it monitors the temp in the motor but im not an expert here.. ive changed one before though.. but yehh u need a cam sensor and a catalyic converter
