95 was a funky year. If the ECM is under the dash it's ODBI.5, if it's under the hood it's the first revision ODBII. (Which can be reflashed to complete ODBII compliance)

If the ECM is under the hood it's 1st revision ODBII, if it's under the dash it's ODBI.5. Some of the 95's were really oddball with ODBI.5 and an ODBII plug so you have to use an adapter on the ODBI scanner.
