95 Jimmy Blower Fan stays on when key is removed?

Hey guys, I just picked up a 95 Jimmy SLT 4dr, truck is in immaculate condition but there is an issue with the heater/blower fan. After turning the truck off and removing the key, if you do not put the selector on "off" the blower fan continues to run. I am thinking this is probably a relay issue, any insight as to where I can find the relay for this or what else it could possibly be?
