I have a 95 s10 blazer, do I have to do the whole rad support or not to convert it to a 98 +

yes you need the radiator support. i would strongly suggest not buying an aftermarket one either. either steal one from a junker or buy an OEM one. the aftermarket ones are thin and junky and the holes don't always line up correctly

depends on the core support i have one in my 94 that i did my 98 up conversion to and everythign lined up perfect.. and the core support was very nice and heavy duty. i have seen cheaper ones and theyre crappy liek you said but the ones i get from emscrashparts .com are awesome, ive done about 6 conversions and ive had nothign but good luck with theirs....
