4x4 shift problem

Haven't see this exact problem and need help.
My 98 Blazer blows the ATC fuse whenever I try to shift from 4 hi to 2hi. I am stuck in 4 hi.
Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

Removed thee fuse block and put it back in place and now it works without blowing the fuse.
Sounds like a short term fix but it works.
