Re: 4 door pics wanted

I've had this on a couple of other forums:

My project:

The beginning: 2000 Blazer 4x4, w/Trailblazer pkg, autotrac, sunroof

Brakes/Wheels: SSBC 13" and 18" Konigs

Side shot:

Engine: 6 liter, Magnuson, 90mm LS2 DBW TB

Spec built A/C bracket, hydroboost,

Hood Clearance:

Exhaust: 1 3/4" stainless LT's, Jet coated, sheet metal oil pan

3.5" in/out Magnaflow. Balanced 4" Aluminum driveshaft

Spintech crossflow muffler with 2.5" tailpipes.

Tucked up nice and high (chain was to check for clearance)

Re: 4 door pics wanted

On the LSx section I've gone over a lot of the details of the truck. It's going to be my daily driver. Not going to lower it, just level it up.

I like a smooth, but firm ride with good handling.

Exhaust drone has worn me out on several previous trucks, hence the dual in-line mufflers. The second "chambered" muffler will eliminate some of the pulses that the "straight-through" magnaflow lets pass. According to several exhaust "experts" this should do the trick.

If I don't like it, each component has a bracket on it that will allow me to change it.

I just got the Brad Penn Break-in oil for it this week. It should be ready to start in another two weeks. Builder is doing the harness this week.

Had to use a 2003 computer in order to get some of the functions I was looking for, including the DBW T/B.

It's been an interesting project.

Luckily I have 4 other vehicles to drive. The C6 is great, the ZR2 is for carrying stuff, the Duramax is for hauling loads, the 54 just sits there right now, waiting for its turn.

Re: 4 door pics wanted

Hey guys new here. Found you in my search for Four link info... anyway I figured i would throw up a pick of my 4dr since were giving the 4drs love, IMHO the only good looking blazer is the 4dr second gen like the 98+ front end better but a 2nd gen 4dr is a 2nd gen 4dr!!!

If you look closely you can see my awesome broken grill from some a** hole in a Home Depot parking lot...

Re: 4 door pics wanted

Well I don't think I've put mine in here yet so I'm gonna do it now. It's a 94 s10 blazer 4dr 4wd that I'm gonna be lowering soon. Just waiting on the money to get what I need. The 4wd don't seem to work but it runs really good otherwise. I do have to have the valve seals done soon. But other then that it has alot of body work I have to do. But here's a couple of pics,
