4.3 to 5.7 swap
so im thinkn of putting the 5.7 into the jimmy, not to sure of what all ima need but have any of you guys donoe this/ know ho to do it at all, all the v8 section guys all have it done to the s10's but havnt seen any jimmy/blazer guys with it yet, let me kno thanks

ye ai meant 4.3 but for sum reason i hadda brain fart and went n changed it to 3.4 lol idk why, to much drinkn kills the brain cells

from messing with my blazers had 2 and a 96 and a 03 and iv had 3 s-10s one has a small block in it everything should be the same on the swap. only concern would be the exhust might be a tighter fit between the frame, engine, and firewall. there is a guy in the lsx swap section with a verynice supercharged 4 door. there are alot of guys doing these swaps.

one of my club members did that swap... he put an lsx in his 2dr blazer... makes me jelios everytime i see it.. he has about 7k invested inthe motor so if your wallet isnt that fat dont even attempt it... he had to have custom headers made cause the frame is a bit different but boy when he puts it in 4wd and smokes the tires from a dead stop it makes me need to go change my pants... i think thats the only problem he ran into though... right now he is the one workin on my motor for my c10... im doin the lsx swap in that so i dont care if its not an s10 there will be pics posted here
