2nd gen bravada owners...

Does anyone know what the round trim piece located on the driver side in the headliner on a 2000 bravada is?looks like some sort of vent?it makes a weird sound when the truck is running.

Re: 2nd gen bravada owners...

Ive always thought that was for the climate controls. Like a temperature sensor. My aunt's Avalanche has it with the climate controls but our trailblazer with on star and basic heater controls doesnt have it.

My 98 bravada has that also. No OnStar either, I figured that it had something to do with the ac controls also.

Re: 2nd gen bravada owners...

Just aksed here at work. What your talking about, up by your head, is for climate control. The slots in the dash, usually near the ignition, is the OnStar mic.
Mystery solved
