2001 Blazer questions (Sec. Air Injec., speakers, grinding back windshield wiper)

Hi, new to the forum and had two questions. My 2001 blazer has the sec. air injection system problem -- check engine light, code 410, etc. I read in other posts about this problem and saw something about a fuse needing to be replaced with the system. Is it possible to replace the fuse just to get me thru inspection? If so what do I need to do? The replacement on the system itself is about $400 for the new redesigned sec. air.... and hose. Also I have two front door, two rear door (4 door blazer) and two grill speaker placements but dont believe they are all installed, can I have 6 speakers on the stock Delco radio? Finally, my back windshield wiper has been grinding since winter 2006 snowstorm, is there anything I can do to stop the grinding noise (I'm worried about something breaking).

Thanks,
Matt
