2000 Envoy hesitation Powerloss
I have an intermittent power loss problem with my Envoy. From a dead stop it will occasionally bog down and no matter how much you accelerate it will not rev or go faster. Once you stop moving and try again all is normal. This happens only once in a great while and normally it has a very quick throttle response. You never can tell when it will happen until it does and I need to know where to start. No codes are shown, no check engine light, idles great always. Any ideas??

Re: 2000 Envoy hesitation Powerloss
Its hard to say, but I would lean towards a fuel pressure issue or mass air flow sensor issue. Hopefully it will throw a code soon to help point you in the right direction but they wont always even if it is a sensor problem. My blazer had a similar issue, wouldnt throw a code, randomly wouldnt accelerate making it kinda scary trying to pull out in front of someone at times. I ended up having a mass air flow sensor issue but yours could be something else.
